DESCRIPTION:ParaBoss is developing a one-day workshop for sheep producers to help them improve their on-farm productivity and overall success in managing worms on farms. \nThe ParaBoss team invites interested sheep producers to take part in the third pilot of this workshop. The role of pilot attendees will be to participate in the workshop and provide grower-based feedback regarding workshop content. This feedback will be reviewed and will contribute to the final workshop content and resources. \nThe program for the day will be: \n\nIntroduction\, and cost of worms to the Australian sheep industry\nWorms and their life cycles\nBest practice worm control\nHow to minimise the development of drench resistance on your farm\nWorm egg counts and what they tell you\nUsing the WormBoss Drench Decision Guides – what product to use and when\, dose rates\, and important information on the label\n\nThe workshop will assist you with developing an integrated parasite management plan for your sheep operation which you will be able to take to implement on your property. \nAttendance is free of charge\, and all workshop resources and catering will be supplied on the day. \nRSVP is essential – and the workshop numbers will be capped.
